At Volosia, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and work quickly to make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods and beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you have questions about your specific item, please contact us before requesting a return.

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new product.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
