Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Subscription or Recurring Purchases

If your purchase includes a subscription, recurring billing, or auto-renewal option, you may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing cycle.

Once a recurring payment has been processed, it may not be refundable unless required by applicable law.

Changes to Orders

If you need to update your shipping address, contact details, or order information, please contact our support team immediately after placing your order.

We cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered processing.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders

If an order is refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect shipping address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Refund Eligibility After Cancellation

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
